If an alien spacecraft crashed in the middle of Times Square how would it change yours beliefs in god?
I just asked a similar question but left out details that I think confused a few people. I would like you're reaction to the following theoretical event.
An alien spacecraft crashes in the middle of Times Square NYC in broad daylight, the long debate of whether or not aliens are real comes to a crashing reality worldwide. The details surrounding the crash are that the occupants in the craft are dead and they DO NOT look like humans physically but rather the typical reported "grey alien" large eyes small body 4 fingers etc.
If this event was real how would it change you're belief in god with the knowledge they were obviously advanced enough to reach us thru the vastness of space and didint look like us....? Also if you currently participate in an organized religion would like catholicism for example would you still attend after finding this out?

It would shake the uneducated masses to their cores. Not many religions would recover; only those who accepted evolution would have any right to believe in spirituality.
If this happened and killed a bunch of people with the crash, as excited as I'd be, I'd be researching the names "Veidt" and "Ozymandius" very carefully
