What brushes are best for oil painting?

I'm getting some paint brushes for my friend's birthday - she's quite a serious and good oil painter so I normally get her something along these lines for presents. In the past I've got her Winsor and Newton but I've seen a set on offer with the brand name Pro Arte and have considered these too. How do they compare to W&N brushes?

I paint with W&N, and I personally love them, but whether you get those or some other brand the most important factor is what the bristles are made of. Make sure they are REAL and not synthetic nor synthetic blend. I personally use a combo between hogs bristle for laying in paint, and then Sable hair for fine tuning and blending.
